Voxify Is the Frontrunner in Ovum's Cloud IVR Decision Matrix
Voxify specializes in providing customized, fully-integrated self-service solutions. The company recently announced that it has been awarded the top category for a speech application vendor in Ovum’s (News - Alert) Cloud-based Speech Self-Service Solutions Decision Matrix. Ovum reports that Voxify’s selection in the highest-rated “shortlist” category is because of its commanding market position and speech applications that are accepted by many in the industry as best-of-breed or best-in-class.
Voxify faced stiff competition as it was up against some of the biggest names in the industry yet came away with the highest rating in the Technology Assessment section and also obtained impressive scores across the board in the End-User Sentiment section of the Decision Matrix. In 2009, Voxify was also honored for making Ovum’s shortlist in the Decision Matrix when the company was selected as a Speech Application Vendor Report.

Voxify is one of the leaders in the Technology Assessment section and has a high rank across all categories but especially in the features and capabilities category. Voxify’s Expert Service Portal (ESP) services as the front end for all calls and engages callers to understand requests and coordinates call resolution through live agents or downstream self-service applications. The company’s applications were recognized for their ability to offer intelligent interactions by taking full advantage of data integration, customer segmentation, and personalization technologies.
