eVoice Launches New Optimized Website
eVoice, a brand of technology provider j2 Global Communications, has announced the launch of a new easy-to-use and optimized mobile website: http://mobile.evoice.com.
A virtual phone system, eVoice (News - Alert) enables small businesses to manage calls like a big business with local or toll-free phone numbers; call routing, screening and recording; virtual receptionist and personal attendant features; and voicemail transcription as text messages.
“A recent survey conducted by eVoice found that seventy percent of respondents used their mobile telephone most frequently to conduct business,” said Mike Pugh, vice president for marketing at j2 Global (News - Alert) Communications.
Additionally, the company reported that mobile access to the eVoice website increased by more than 30 times from 2009 to 2010 and continue to grow rapidly in 2011, Pugh said.
Pugh said that the new eVoice mobile website is just one of the ways that the company is responding to the needs of its customers by providing faster and more efficient ways for them to conduct business anywhere, anytime.
eVoice’s http://mobile.evoice.com comes with shortened and simplified sign-up process makes it faster and easier to create an account; simplified FAQ with new Help section gives customers more information; and easy one button access to download the eVoice mobile app allows customers to quickly access eVoice while on the go.
j2 Global Communications provides outsourced, value-added messaging and communications services to individuals and businesses around the world.
Earlier last month, the company expanded its presence in Europe by adding fax and voice numbers in Germany, Sweden and Greece.
