Brightree Extends its SaaS Platform with IVR

Brightree has extended its SaaS (News - Alert)-based billing and business management platform with advanced IVR technology.
The company has launched Release 27 and the Brightree Interactive Voice solution to this end, which enables HME providers to cost-effectively deploy intelligent, automated call campaigns to patients with chronic care conditions.
Brightree provides billing and business management software solutions for the home medical equipment. Through its latest release, it is allowing providers to improve clinical outcomes, increase resupply orders, and more easily comply with therapy requirements and reimbursement guidelines.
This solution features integration of Brightree Interactive Voice with the Brightree platform and due to this campaign setup, eligibility, patient contact, sales order auto-generation, billing, procurement, and delivery management can all occur in one seamless, automated solution.
Brightree’s latest release includes a range of features including automated patient interaction, full control of campaigns, real-time campaign precision powered by IntelligentQ, auto-generated sales orders, smart workflows, and advanced reporting.
