Fastrack and CMB Reveal Joint IVR Solution for HMEs
As a provider of software for home medical care, Fastrack has forged a strategic alliance with CMB Solutions, a provider of patient contact IVR system.
Under the alliance, the companies will collaborate to develop and deliver solutions that would assist HME providers to deploy patient contact solutions for their entire patient population. As a result of the alliance, the industry will get a solution that combines Fastrack's expertise in billing, operations and patient management technology and CMB's expertise in IVR technology. In other words, the alliance will lead to the development of a fully automated Patient Contact Solution, which is fully integrated with the Billing/Management Software.
The solution will allow Fastrack customers to deploy patient contact solutions that can provide replenishment and compliance quickly and easily through their existing Fastrack System, the companies explained in a press release. Providing CMB’s industry-leading automated patient contact IVR systems directly through the Fastrack HME software will save HME's time and money.
“By combining Fastrack's leadership in billing, operations and patient management with CMB's leadership in patient contact, compliance and replenishment we are delivering solutions that help HME's easily and cost effectively deploy contact solutions to their entire patient population. The goal is simple, make patient contact easier for the DME!,” President of Fastrack Spencer Kay explained in a statement.
Depending on the outcome of the joint initiative, the companies will continue to extend the collaboration to drive further design optimization and enhancements targeting additional types of patients, the allying companies revealed in a press release.

Last year, Fastrack Healthcare Systems released an Internet based Referral Management System. The RMS was designed to offer an easy method for referral sources including physicians to enter a referral via the Internet reducing the workload of the office staff.
