IVR: Clash Media Mobile Provides Qualified Leads to Advertisers' Call Centers
Clash Media Mobile is providing qualified leads to advertisers' call centers by introducing an IVR filtering technology that works with 60 second call length mobile inventory optimizer to deliver results.
The new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) capability from the mobile-specific direct response advertising agency presents click-to-call ad respondents with automated voice options related to their needs.
Clash Media Mobile notes that this technology ensures only pre-qualified leads having a high chance of conversion are connected to the advertiser's call center.
"The introduction of IVR technology to our click-to-call ads will present advertisers with only their most desired leads – making sure wastage is kept to a minimum and advertisers are able to get the most out of their responses," said Tore Erickson, chief revenue officer of Clash Media Mobile.
Elaborating on the process the company notes that respondents are taken to a third-party call center when a click-to-call mobile advertisement is auctioned.
The respondents then receive a set of options that sort the leads into categories. All the respondents with agreed features are then directly connected to the advertiser's own contact center, according to a release.
"IVR allows us great advantages in eliminating pocket-dialed calls and self-disqualified calls which we know have been a particular problem for mobile advertisers in the past," said Erickson.
Clash Media Mobile adds that the Voice Response development works with the company’s newly released platform to significantly decrease the amount of false leads sent to advertisers and increase conversion ratios.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is a popular technology and there are many vendors who are addressing the demands of this sector.
One such vendor is Plum Voice that provides IVR (interactive voice response) platforms to developers and companies to automate call center and business processes over the phone.
