Creative Virtual recently announced it will be demonstrating its V-Person solution at the Global Business Summits organized by the U.K. Trade & Investment (UKTI).
The summit, which began on August 3, 2012 at the British Business Embassy, will continue through February 4, 2013, and see participation from a number of technology leaders from across the globe.
Creative Virtual is a specialist in virtual assistant natural language Web applications.
“London 2012 is the perfect stage to show investors and entrepreneurs how much we have already achieved, and the exciting potential of what is to come,” said George Osborne, Chancellor of the Exchequer George, during this year’s Olympic Games.
The V-Person solution from Creative Virtual has been designed to function as a virtual employee. This innovative technology incorporates all the necessary aspects of the company, and with its powerful natural language engine, engages customers just like a “real” person would, providing them with the information they need when they need it.
“UKTI hosted a fantastic event and we were proud to have been part of it,” said Ezekiel, CEO at Creative Virtual Ltd. “It’s great to have the opportunity to continue the Best of British technology showcase over the coming months through the virtual exhibition; it comes at a perfect time for us as we continue our international expansion through building local partnerships.”
Delegates who could not attend the summit in London could still watch the event via live streams while also having the opportunity to participate in event discussions through a virtual platform.
More than 650 individual delegates visited the virtual platform on August 3. These delegates were also provided with access to the Best of British technology virtual exhibition which will continue through to the conclusion of the event next year.
V-Person can work on multiple platforms, including the mobile, social media, IVR platforms and also over the Web, thus offering users a cost-effective, multichannel self-service solution capable of managing a variety of tasks.
Additionally, the technology provides organizations with greater insight into customers’ behaviour via advanced reporting capabilities, enabling a deeper understanding of the consumer's needs at a very granular level.
