LeadMaster Introduces Voice-Leads for Improved Lead Management Software

LeadMaster, a provider of lead management, CRM and sales force automation solutions, has announced Voice-Leads. The company said that its clients now have the opportunity to activate the Voice-Leads service to enable an immediate phone connection with leads coming into the LeadMaster Lead Management / CRM system.

Automatically, leads from online inquiry forms, email leads, lead generators and more captured by the LeadMaster Lead Management CRM system. Later, these leads are converted into a phone call, said company officials.

In real time, the system calls the appropriate sales representative and provides the information about the lead. In addition, it also asks if they’d like to be instantly connected with the prospect by pressing ‘1‘ on their phone.

Company officials said that this system provides sales professionals the opportunity to begin a conversation immediately after the customer has clicked the ‘submit’ button on a web form. The company’s built-in workflow automation helps in extending the functionality beyond web forms to include email leads, leads from lead generators and even existing records.

Noting that the most crucial factor when trying to convert leads into sales is response time, Andy Brownell, CMO at LeadMaster, said that the Voice-Leads service is an excellent way to connect with leads immediately and reduce the overall cost of sales.

Since Voice-Leads connects companies with their prospects before the competition, it helps in closing more sales. Company officials said that the LeadMaster Lead Management CRM system can be configured to notify sales managers when leads haven’t been reached.

Additionally, Voice-Leads is fully integrated with LeadMaster, and removes all excuses for why a lead is never contacted. Brownell said that it’s hard to ignore a phone call.

“With lead management and speed-to-lead being critical, the Voice-Leads service is a perfect addition for getting the most value out of your leads.”

Recently, LeadMaster unveiled a new update to its application, which allows users to sync LeadMaster and Outlook contacts bi-directionally.
