Exemplify Unveiled at International Legal Technology Association Conference

The first ever commercial release of Exemplify will be unveiled at the International Legal Technology Association conference. Exemplify, was originally developed in order to provide a revolutionary research offering for attorneys in transactional practice and is now considered the market standard for transactional attorneys. The ILTA is scheduled to be held from August 26 – 30 at the Gaylord National Resort in National Harbor, Maryland.

In a release, Bill Bice, CEO, Exemplify said, “Transactional attorneys have been missing a key tool in their toolset – a way to definitively and comprehensively determine market standard language and terms. Robert Anderson, an ex-transactional attorney had launched Exemplify. Anderson, who is currently a law professor at Pepperdine University, has spent several years carrying out professional research into the requirements of transactional attorneys.

According to May, the SaaS (News - Alert) deployment architecture is a major part of Exemplify that is well-appreciated by law organizations. Exemplify can be implemented rapidly without requiring any help from the internal IT department of an organization.
