TERIS, one of the nation's biggest litigation support firms, has reportedly expanded its senior management team with three major appointments. Tim Weaver has joined the company as senior forensic consultant, Greg Behan as senior project manager and Andrew Pierce as the new litigation technology engineer.
The newly hired employees are expected to enhance the company’s expertise in delivering end-to-end solutions, comprising consulting and project management for innovative technologies in the areas of forensic litigations.

Founded in 1996, TERIS provides sophisticated eDiscovery and related legal support solutions to corporate legal teams and law firms across the nation and internationally.
Weaver will be responsible for the collection and analysis of digital evidence and data for the company. He has 20 years of industry experience as a computer forensic examiner and investigator and his core expertise lies in collecting and analyzing digital evidence in a forensically appropriate manner.
Weaver was associated with Silicon Valley Computer Forensic Laboratory for six years in the capacity of operations manager and deputy lab director. He also served as district attorney senior investigator in Santa Clara County for eight years and as a police officer and detective at Newark PD for 20 years.
As a distinguished eDiscovery professional, Greg Behan has an extensive litigation background and six years of document review and project management experience. At TERIS, he will be responsible for managing all aspects of the document review process for TERIS clients. Prior to joining TERIS, Behan was a project manager analyst at SFL Data in San Francisco.
Further, Andrew Pierce has been a project manager for TERIS from 2005 to 2009. His experience includes directing all aspects of the electronic discovery process for the TERIS San Francisco team, including case management and assessment, processing and delivery, with hosted solutions support. Most recently, Pierce was an eDiscovery department manager at eLitigation Solutions, Inc.
