Aerva Introduces AerTweet Twitter Widget for Digital Advertisers

Twitter's (News - Alert) ease of use and uniform platform offers vast possibilities for marketers and the uses are literally infinite. Marketers and advertisers try all possible ways to benefit from the huge number of registered Twitter followers. To ease the work for today's marketing landscape, Aerva (News - Alert) has announced the launch of AerTweet, a range of useful widgets created for digital advertisers. With AerTweet, it will become simpler for advertisers, marketers and enterprises to better engage their consumers. AerTweet helps in collaborating consumer-generated tweets into billboard, microsite and other display campaigns.


Aerva decided to launch AerTweet in order to leverage Twitter’s popularity. Twitter's active community and ease-of-use allows consumers and brands to interact more than ever before. AerTweet’s integration with Twitter engages the consumer, brings them closer to the brand and increases the number of individual touch-points with any one particular display.

AerTweet helped Taco Bell increase consumer participation with the brand. AerTweet displayed tweets on billboards in Time Square and Sunset Boulevard. Aerva also created Keepsake Gallery, which allowed users to get a record of their tweet on the billboard or view their tweets in real-time via an Aerva-managed live stream camera feed on the Taco Bell minisite for the campaign.

In a press release, Sanjay Mananhar, Aerva CEO, said, “The success of Taco Bell's AerTweet project sets a new precedent for major brands and how they can employ UGC (user-generated content) and social media. We develop the tools that empower brands to embrace UGC and manage the versatile and ever-changing nature of that content.”

Aerva has taken due care while developing AerTweet. The technology is designed in a manner so that it can support high-profile campaigns impeccably. AerTweet offers a number of custom parameters allowing for many animation and style options. This helps marketers to moderate tweets, detect fraud, rank retweets, report metrics and display tweets.

Recently, AERVA was in news when the company won two contracts from the U.S. Navy for launching a base-wide network of digital displays for internal communications at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, Rhode Island.
