Recently, LogMeIn (News - Alert), Inc.'s instant screen sharing and online meeting app, join.me, is quickly proving the fastest-growing collaboration product on the market, the company announced.

Propelling the product past the 50-million-participant milestone, join.me's signature speed and ease-of-use has attracted numerous users. To collaborate on projects across the hall or across the globe, more than half a million people use join.me every week. And in excess of one million people host or attend their first ever join.me meeting every month.

On the eve of this milestone, LogMeIn continues to introduce new advantages to the free and pro versions of join.me. LogMeIn will also stay true to the product's well known lightweight experience, the company stated in a press release.

Recently, the company added new features to LogMeIn Central, a solution that can administer and manage numerous versions of anti-virus software with the help of a single, centralized interface. Enabling IT professionals to monitor anti-virus installations, run full threat scans and receive virus threat detections on any number of remote PCs under management, the new version now supports anti-virus software products like Norton, AVG, McAfee, Kaspersky and Microsoft (News - Alert) Security Essentials.
