Arkadin, a subsidiary of NTT (News - Alert) Communications, has been busy lately. In December, the company became a launch partner for Skype for Business, also providing voice services for Microsoft (News - Alert) Office 365, complete with contact center and conferencing capabilities built on Arkadin Totalconnect. More recently, Arkadin named Didier Jaubert as its new CEO.
Now Arkadin is following this all up with the news that it has been recognized in Gartner’s (News - Alert) Magic Quadrant for Web Conferencing for the second year in a row. Arkadin is one of 15 providers that met Gartner’s qualification criteria.
The ArkadinAnywhere web conferencing platform is credited for this honor by Thomas Valantin, chief commercial officer at Arkadin (News - Alert).
"We believe this recognition from Gartner for the second consecutive year is a reflection of our success in delivering a world-class collaboration experience for our customers," said Valantin. "ArkadinAnywhere offers features and performance our clients require—streamlined web conferencing for unparalleled simplicity, high levels of interoperability, flexible pricing to control spending and locally provided client support. It is competitively priced for a complete collaboration package making it an ideal choice for businesses of all sizes who want to increase employee productivity and maximise cost savings."
ArkadinAnywhere boasts updated design, collaboration and branding features in order to deliver higher levels of engagement and productivity to modern businesses. In terms of design, ArkadinAnywhere features a modern, flat design consistent with Arkadin’s 2015 refreshed branding.
In addition, digital whiteboards, social media integration and native instant messaging offer ways to augment the collaboration experience. With complete video, VoIP and secure file sharing capabilities, ArkadinAnywhere provides end to end collaboration that is highly intuitive and easily accessible from any platform or mobile device.
The platform’s new features and infrastructure enhancements have provided performance enhancements, while a comprehensive induction program meant to drive adoption has boosted ArkadinAnywhere’s revenue growth. According to Valantin, performance is three times faster than prior versions of the platform, while customer uptake has increased 10 percent in six months.
