Comings and Goings: Aldo Ramirez Joins ANPI as VP of UCaaS Sales

Hosted Unified Communications (News - Alert) provider ANPI has announced that it has welcomed a new vice president of UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) sales, Aldo Ramirez.

“Over the last three years, ANPI has been diligently building a world-class private label solution for our ILEC customers, and we’re now accelerating our sales efforts based on having realized demonstrable growth in 2015. As we are expanding our private label offering to include MSPs and VARs, we were seeking a proven industry veteran to lead our sales efforts.” said Mike Cromwell, ANPI chief sales and marketing officer. “We’ve found the perfect leader in Aldo, as he has a 12+ year track record in leading UC sales and realizing demonstrable revenue growth, and knows our distribution channels very well.”

Ramirez has about 18 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He previously worked for XO Communications, launching its Managed PBX (News - Alert), Contact Center and Unified Communications projects with a nationwide content strategy.

Ramirez said he was attracted by the company’s commitment to creating a carrier-grace UC platform to deliver services to both wholesale and private customers.

ANPI offers a hosted UC solution that includes a number of features that UC customers have come to expect, such as call recording, fax, videoconferencing.

While ANPI offers its UCaaS directly to businesses, it’s also available as a white-label version with carrier branding. Carriers can over UCaaS to their customers in turn without having to develop a system on their own.

It also includes sales and marketing tools, such as integrated billing, provisioning and customer support, making it attractive to contact centers.

Ramirez is looking forward to fulfilling his role with ANPI.

“The ability to combine high service levels, unmatched end user portals, and carrier network services allows ANPI to easily differentiate its service offering from other providers,” he said. “The commitment that has been made in the platform, portals and people shows that ANPI is poised to lead as a best-in-class UC service provider.”
