Anywhere365 Universal Contact Center Certified for Skype for Business
By Alicia Young
The Microsoft Skype (News - Alert) for Business Independent Software Vendor (ISV) qualification program is designed to make sure that qualified applications from Microsoft Partners meet customer expectations for specific scenarios. But how does this program ascertain who is fulfilling customers’ needs? It uses third-party testing to define specific requirements for interoperability with Skype for Business, installation, set-up and configuration, documentation and support. The most recent organization to receive this certification is Workstreampeople.
Workstreampeople is a Microsoft (News - Alert) Gold Partner that developed the Anywhere365 Universal Contact Center. Anywhere 365 is designed specifically for Microsoft Lync 2010, 2013 and Microsoft Skype for Business. It is an ERP for Real-time Communications, offering a modern view of Contact Center and other communications management such as voice, Web, social, apps, webRTC and more.
The Anywhere365 Dialogue Management platform is officially qualified and certified for Microsoft Skype for Business. The native integrated platform for Enterprise Contact Center, Manager/Assistant, customer engagement solutions and advanced communication features for all departments within enterprises has passed all the required tests to become a qualified contact center solution for Microsoft Skype for Business.
A solution can only be labeled as certified and qualified after going through several tests. Anywhere365 has been tested on hundreds of cases. During these tests, analysts focused on implementation, high availability, scalability, documentation, functionality and native integration with the Skype for Business platform. Clearly, since it is now considered qualified, Anywhere365 passed the test in all scenarios.
“We are very proud that our solution has qualified for Microsoft Skype for Business. This is an acknowledgement of our investments in the creation of an innovative, highly scalable and complementary Universal Contact Center Platform for Microsoft Skype for Business,” said Gijs Geurts, Managing Director of software development specialist Workstreampeople.
He continued on to say, “Our 372 global customers show that we offer a powerful, value driven platform that is industry-proven for the business enterprise. We have developed the Anywhere365 Universal Contact Center with a unique philosophy in mind. We believe that everyone is a contact center or can be part of it, without expensive user-based licenses. Everything is focused on enabling efficient and productive dialogues between people, between companies and their customers, and within groups of people, while at the same time providing powerful, actionable business intelligence capabilities to extract previously hidden dialogue patterns.”
It sounds like Workstreampeople has a great vision and with the new certification they’ll be able to offer it to many more people.
