Anywhere365 Universal Contact Center Certified for Skype for Business

The Microsoft Skype (News - Alert) for Business Independent Software Vendor (ISV) qualification program is designed to make sure that qualified applications from Microsoft Partners meet customer expectations for specific scenarios. But how does this program ascertain who is fulfilling customers’ needs? It uses third-party testing to define specific requirements for interoperability with Skype for Business, installation, set-up and configuration, documentation and support. The most recent organization to receive this certification is Workstreampeople.

Workstreampeople is a Microsoft (News - Alert) Gold Partner that developed the Anywhere365 Universal Contact Center. Anywhere 365 is designed specifically for Microsoft Lync 2010, 2013 and Microsoft Skype for Business. It is an ERP for Real-time Communications, offering a modern view of Contact Center and other communications management such as voice, Web, social, apps, webRTC and more. 

The Anywhere365 Dialogue Management platform is officially qualified and certified for Microsoft Skype for Business. The native integrated platform for Enterprise Contact Center, Manager/Assistant, customer engagement solutions and advanced communication features for all departments within enterprises has passed all the required tests to become a qualified contact center solution for Microsoft Skype for Business.

A solution can only be labeled as certified and qualified after going through several tests. Anywhere365 has been tested on hundreds of cases. During these tests, analysts focused on implementation, high availability, scalability, documentation, functionality and native integration with the Skype for Business platform. Clearly, since it is now considered qualified, Anywhere365 passed the test in all scenarios.
