ILS Honors AT&T with 2012 Carrier Partner of the Year Award

ILS Technology, a provider of ready-to-use, off-the-shelf cloud platform to connect enterprise IT systems to devices and machines, recently named AT&T (News - Alert) the winner of its 2012 Carrier Partner of the Year Award.

 ILS recognized AT&T for its contribution to shared business in the Machine-to-Machine (M2M) marketplace. The 12-month partnership has resulted in the expansion of client bases across industries including Energy, PetroChem, Retail and Food Service.

The award was given at the culmination of the ILS Technology M2M Workshop in Miami Beach.

SkyWave Mobile Communications, a source of wireless data communications for the M2M market, along with ILS Technology, announced a technology collaboration between SkyWave's IsatData Pro satellite network and ILS Technology's deviceWISE M2M Platform. The combined experience and expertise of the two companies enables the Oil & Gas, Utilities and Industrial Automation industries to implement SCADA applications at a lower cost and less time.

The joint technology collaboration will focus on efforts targeting the SCADA market that will enable intelligent, reliable and secure connectivity from remote field assets to enterprise applications (i.e. SCADA, MES, MRO, CRM) in an integrated tool set.
