National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) Proclaims SageQuest as Exclusive Provider

The National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC) reportedly named GPS-based fleet management and business intelligence Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)), SageQuest, as the exclusive provider for GPS fleet tracking and business intelligence.


Corey McCarthy, CFO for NCTC remarked, “NCTC partners with providers that offer simple solutions for our members, and SageQuest (News - Alert) delivers another strong choice when helping our members to cost effectively expand their reach of service and improve profitability. SageQuest, a branded offering from Fleetmatics Group, claimed that it realizes the role the efficiency of technical response teams plays in customer satisfaction, especially for companies in the communications markets. Mobile Control, and integrations developed with SageQuest’ solution partners, deliver new insight that improves one’s service response time and quality, while bringing savings to their bottom line.

NCTC’ members include Buckeye Cable System, NewWave Communications, Wave Broadband and Midcontinent Communications, and it has requested that Fleetmatics Group demonstrate the efficiency of SageQuest to these members at the NCTC Winter Education Conference, to be held in Las Vegas on Feb. 25-26, 2013.

By uniting real-time location tracking with workforce management information, SageQuest can help companies deduce a complete picture of field activity that is more cost-effective and easier to manage.
