Telguard has announced Telguard's HomeControl OneRate plan for its HomeControl interactive solution currently available for 2GIG and DSC panels.
The new service plan claims to give dealers up to a 50 percent savings over other interactive solutions while providing all features of the popular HomeControl interactive services.
Previously, Telguard offered multi-tier pricing structure but the new plan is available at a single flat price of $6.85.
Users don’t have to pay any activation fees for HomeControl OneRate plan and simply leverage the single, all-in price model to more effectively upsell interactive features.
Telguard's HomeControl interactive solution is based on the iControl Connect software platform and allows users to control and respond to all of the sensors and Z-Wave devices available within the home.
Thanks to HomeControl, users can remotely arm and disarm their security system, and benefit from the ability to tie the solution into all the security panel's events including motion detectors and door sensor information.
Security dealers have the option to activate the service via Telguardonline.com or with any of the participating Telguard's central station reseller.
"With the HomeControl OneRate service plan's all-inclusive pricing, dealers can now meet or beat their competition feature for feature, while offering a better price regardless of a particular homeowner's interest in remote arming, Z-Wave, video or all three,” said Shawn Welsh, vice president of Marketing and Business Development at Telular (News - Alert). “The industry's a la carte pricing contracts and complexity will be a thing of the past."
Telguard was in news recently for announcing a partnership with RSI Video Technologies, the provider of Videofied systems. The company has now become a single source cellular supplier for all Videofied systems in the U.S. and Canada.
Compatible with all Videofied systems, a Telguard SIM allows dealers to easily upgrade all their customers to the AT&T (News - Alert) nationwide cellular network in the U.S.
