Damaka Unveils Ubuntu Linux Version of Xavy

Damaka has unveiled an Ubuntu Linux version of Xavy. The complete feature group of Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync 2013, 2010 and OCS R2 can be leveraged on Mac, Linux, and mobile devices including iOS and Android with the client, Xavy.
With the latest release of Xavy, users are now offered instantaneous messaging, audio, video, conferencing, whiteboards, application sharing, desktop sharing, and planned meetings on the Linux platforms.
The implementation of Xavy client is simplified and does not require any extra hardware or software.
Damaka’s exclusive complete software offering can be advantageously utilized by Microsoft Lync users for carrying out their activities while working on Linux machines. The current hardware infrastructure can also be applied by organizations that have already implemented Microsoft offerings.
