OBT Anywhere Deploys AltiGen MaxACD Contact Center for Lync Solution

OBT Anywhere, a provider of hosted Lync services, has deployed AltiGen (News - Alert) Communications MaxACD contact center for Lync to enable a hosted cloud-based call center service to deliver communications services to contact centers in North America, Asia and Australia.

The Lync unified communications solution will work in tandem with the AltiGen MaxACD solution in a hosted environment. This will help contact centers to economically deliver communication solutions.
AltiGen is a provider of integrated Microsoft (News - Alert)-based unified communications solutions, which comprises of integrated enterprise voice and videoconferencing, instant messaging, presence, visual voicemail, e-mail and collaboration solutions to enhance their offering.
According to officials, all these features will be able to seamlessly integrate with MaxACD’s call center features like skill-based routing, multilevel auto attendant and call recording, monitoring and reporting.
The solutions also enable organizations to integrate all Lync native endpoints and devices besides also incorporating Lync Mobility and Lync Conferencing with video and multiregional capability.
AltiGen’s hosted SaaS (News - Alert)-based contact center solution for Microsoft Lync facilitates hosted Lync service provision. The MaxACD’s flexible SaaS licensing model can be leveraged by OBT Anywhere to deliver monthly subscription-based contact center services to augment revenues.
