AltiGen Clears Microsoft Lync 2013 ISV Qualification Pre-Requisites

AltiGen (News - Alert) Communications, Inc. will now offer a qualified contact center offering for Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync 2013. Microsoft’s rigorous Independent Software Vendor or ISV Qualification Program prerequisites have been successfully accomplished by AltiGen’s MaxACD Contact Center for Lync.


MaxACD Contact Center for Lync offers a feature-rich native call center for Lync solution. The solution offers robust features like skills-based routing, multi-level auto attendant, versatile IVR, Salesforce.com (News - Alert) CRM incorporation, call recording, monitoring and reporting, which are all closely incorporated to deliver a convincing communications solution either on premise or delivered as a managed hosted service in the cloud.

ISVs that have developed solutions for Microsoft Lync 2013 can participate in the Microsoft Lync ISV Qualification Program. Interoperability, feature set, system performance and stability are authenticated by carrying out testing between Microsoft Lync Server 2013 and third party ISV applications.
