Arkadin recently announced the launch of Microsoft Lync business solutions to fortify its presence in the global Unified Communications (News - Alert) (UC) market. Microsoft’s Lync 2013 integrates a complete range of collaboration and communication protocols to enable a unified experience from mobile devices or desktops for users. Arkadin, as a strategic partner of Microsoft (News - Alert), ensures successful deployment of UC modules through its network of 51 centers, providing exclusive customer support in local languages.

As part of this launch, Arkadin will offer Microsoft Lync Hosted by Arkadin and Arkadin Audio Conferencing for Microsoft Lync On-Premise – two business solutions that enable small and big organizations to increase their productivity. Microsoft Lync Hosted by Arkadin allows organizations to seamlessly deploy Lync via Arkadin’s secured delivery platform.
