Sogeti And Exoprise Partner To Integrate CloudReady Monitor For Managed Services

Sogeti announced the signing of a partnership deal with Exoprise to integrate the latter’s CloudReady Monitor for the former’s managed services suite for Microsoft (News - Alert) Office 365. Following the partnership, Sogeti will be able to enhance its service offering with increased performance, availability and best user experience for the end customers.
In a release, Deb Cox (News - Alert), Microsoft Solutions Practice Manager from Sogeti USA, commented “Sogeti has completed numerous large enterprise commercial and public sector on-premise Exchange, Lync, and SharePoint upgrades and migrations to Office 365 in addition to providing ongoing managed services for these environments. With Exoprise’s unique crowd-powered technology and active point of access synthetic transaction monitoring we have complete visibility across the entire service delivery chain.”
The partnership to integrate Exoprise’s CloudReady Monitor to its service suite, Sogeti will have a 360-degree view for the performance and availability of the Office 365 applications deployed at the customer’s premises. This will include alerts, real-time statistics and trend reports for the complete service delivery infrastructure. Sogeti would utilize Exoprise’s analytics capabilities for crowd data to consolidate real-time data from users to generate baseline metrics for performance comparison, identifying issues and accelerating solutions to address issues.
