Telecom industry analyst firm Ovum has published a new report which stresses that mobile operators embrace VoIP in order to neutralize the threat posed by Skype and other Internet call providers. This warning comes just days after Skype announced its plans for an ambitious expansion with a full range of new subscription services and promises of even cheaper calls.
