With recent reports noting the mobile commerce market is going to grow to more than $467 billion by the end of 2019, it should come as no surprise that more and more companies are looking to jump into the fray. The latest firm to get into the market is Beddingstyle.com which has launched a new mobile website.
It might come as a bit of a surprise that a company that operates exclusively on the web would take so long to go mobile. Nevertheless, the company has finally seen the light and has partnered with mobile solution provider Unbound Commerce in order to launch the mobile friendly site. The new site allows customers to easily search for bedding materials from some of the top brands in the world. Nautica, Laura Ashley, Tommy Bahama, and Vera Wang.
The mobile site has some rich banner displays and specific promotions that are geared towards mobile traffic. That will make the mobile commerce experience for customers of Beddingstyle.com feel that much more comfortable – so they can shop from home or while they are on the go using their tablets or smartphones.
“As we watched mobile-originating traffic increase dramatically, we wanted to deliver the best-possible mobile experience," Peter Roman, manager, BeddingStyle.com said. Roman added that his company understands that mobile behavior is different from other online retail activity. Beddingstyle.com knew that simply shrinking down their more traditional online site wasn’t going to get the job done.
Beddingstyle.com has been around since 2004, so it certainly understands the online community. The site specializes in 11 of the top brands in the world when it comes to affordable and attractive bedding that includes bathroom accessories and shower curtains. This wide range of offerings allows customers to better match their choices across the entire house.
