Conversica Helps Home Rental Company Increase Annual Revenue
October 02, 2014
Sales conversion management software provider Conversica has revealed that a single-family home rental company serving multiple markets throughout the nation has experienced a large increase in revenue within the U.S. market by using Conversica for just three months.
During the three month period, the home rental company was able to achieve more than 80 closed rental agreements which amounted to an average of $1,600 per month in rental income for each home and $1.53 million in additional annual revenue.
Conversica helps enterprises, such as rental organization, obtain maximize sales productivity and efficiently through an automated two-way email-based communication system with leads that requires no actual human intervention, but rather a human persona.
In the case of the home rental company, the system determines a lead's intentions in real-time by interpreting text within an email response, alerts the agent to contact qualified leads who wish to rent a home now, and follows up after the agent's initial contact in order to further nurture the lead and gather additional information or feedback.
As explained by Conversica CEO Mark Bradley in a statement, the addition of automated sales conversion management to a marketing automation mix allows sales teams to spend more time on closing deals instead of sorting out potential leads.
"Conversica helps our agents prioritize their time so they can focus more on converting leads instead of chasing them," the director of inside sales for the home rental company said in a statement. "Now they can close deals faster, which translates to more commission in their pockets and more revenue."
From the time they started using Conversica, the home rental company has seen a real-time engagement rate of 53 percent across 9,600 total leads per month generated by marketing automation software from Marketo (News - Alert) as well as other online real estate information sources. Out of those leads, agents were able to make 2,600 appointments, which led to an incremental monthly revenue increase of $128,000.
Conversica is currently used by thousands of sales representatives around the world.
