Infonetics includes the North America Business VoIP Services Leadership Scorecard with its annual VoIP and Unified Communications (News - Alert) Services and Subscribers Report. The initiative from Infonetics was started to identify the top service providers in the hosted VoIP and IP connectivity markets. The service providers are recognized after taking into consideration several crucial parameters such as the client install base, the financial stability and market strategy employed as well as service capabilities and support options provided to the customers.
