A recent forecast by Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) for the period 2011 to 2018 indicated that the user base of hosted IP telephony and unified communications services will increase by approximately 29 percent, and related revenue by about 31 percent.
Cashing in on this trend, Axiologix – a source of cloud products and services – recently established AxioComm, Inc. as a wholly-owned subsidiary to offer IP voice, data and cloud services directly to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States.
Putting its best foot forward to become one of the nation’s preeminent providers of cloud-based services within the SMB marketplace, Axiologix announced that AxioComm has inked a long-term partnership agreement with Network Factor, Inc.
Network Factor specializes in the IT sector, including server installation and repair, workstation maintenance, custom application coding, Web development, phone systems and more.
The partnership between AxioComm and Network Factor will provide the necessary sales support, service delivery and network management for AxioComm's nationwide agent channel to sell VoIP and cloud services to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the U.S.
Dennis Mitrano, president of telecom operations at Axiologix Inc., said in a statement, "Network Factor is the perfect partner for us to work with to offer our new services as we have high expectations for this business.”
"This is the next major step in our efforts to become the preeminent provider of cloud based services within the SMB marketplace,” Mitrano added. “We have already consummated our first master nationwide agent agreement and are working on many others. This channel has already delivered new customers for the business in advance of the formal launch of the new AxioComm website later this month."
Richard Hubbard, president of Network Factor, said in a statement, "We are very excited to continue the growth of our nine year old company via this Partnership with AxioComm. We have the ability to easily expand our customer base and this will give us access to another high growth sales channel. The management of Axiologix has a proven track record and ability to deliver large volumes of sales. We know that we can deliver on the sales they will generate using our superior cloud-based services."
Axiologix recently revealed revenue of $252 thousand for the quarter ending November 30, 2012 – up 22 percent from the previous quarter, bringing revenue for the first six months to $460 thousand.
On December 31 2012, the total issued and outstanding common shares were 1.2 billion, and the free float was 359 million at the same date.
