Fluke Networks (News - Alert) has unveiled an integrated, single-box network and application performance monitoring and troubleshooting offering called, Visual TruView appliance.

According to a survey carried out by Fluke Networks among network professionals, at least 50 percent of the respondents did not have access to tools for spotting out problems with VoIP, application transactions and other network performance problems in a rapid and precise manner. This requirement of network professionals will now be fulfilled by the incorporated approach of Visual TruView.

TruView incorporates the distinct groups of network and application performance tracking, element managers and Stream to Disc, or S2D, with a maximum of 10G performance, in order to accelerate issue solving. Engineers are therefore not required to spend time using several tools sets to carry out the operations.

As compared to any competitive offering, Visual TruView boasts of 2.5 times more analytical processing power. The solution also includes one, interrelated dashboard, allowing engineers to get in-depth information for individual or groups of flows, packets or transactions of any user, site or period of time in a simplified and rapid manner. Visual TruView can be installed in a maximum of 15 minutes as it provides computerized recognition and configuration of applications and networks.

In a statement, Daryle DeBalski, VP and GM of the Visual Business Unit at Fluke Networks said, "TruView was built from the ground up to provide this visibility. We've reinvented the way engineers can see and manage issues with today's complex networks so they can move to immediate resolution. TruView changes the game on speed and collaboration for our customers."

According to Gartner (News - Alert), it is easy to hold the network responsible in the event of any application failure. The network operations staff needs to spot out the key value in actual user experience tracking on a regular basis in order to rectify this observation. The staff also needs to locate underutilized assets and optimize their infrastructures.

Arif Kareem, president at Fluke Networks said, "Fluke Networks is built on a 20-year legacy of providing innovative solutions that speed the deployment and analysis, and ease the monitoring of networks and applications. TruView is a clear demonstration of our customer commitment to continuing this legacy."
