Polystar Selects Qosmos Network Intelligence Technology

Analyzing big data has big implications on the business of a company. It can provide important insights into the customer behavior and propel the actions of a company in the right direction. But analyzing big data is not easy and companies need help from experts to do it correctly.  


Looking to improve customer analytics of big data, Polystar has partnered with Qosmos (News - Alert). This new partnership also allows the company to obtain in-depth visibility of the service provided and make improvements where it is needed.

According to the partnership, Polystar has integrated Qosmos ixEngine (News - Alert) into its portfolio of products. This allows mobile network operators and service providers to get feeds to analyze big data. This will in turn allow them to understand the customer behavior better and provide improved services.

By embedding Qosmos network intelligence into its portfolio, Polystar (News - Alert) provides solutions that allow customer service representatives to perform their functions more efficiently, and keep themselves ahead of the competition. It also allows them to improve revenue by gaining a better understanding of the likes and dislikes of the customer.  

Polystar provides Service Assurance, Network Monitoring and Test solutions to companies around the globe. The company’s products include the Jupiter application, which helps the users to develop customer centricity and helps them to control their services better.
