Business Control Solutions Announces Release of BCS Arc 4.8

Business Control Solutions, a provider of management consultancy services and financial control software, recently introduced the newest version of its network management control software, BCS Arc.
Officials said that BCS Arc 4.8 now includes upgrades to automatic invoice uploads; a redeveloped scenario modelling module and an enhanced cash management functionality.
The new release also features a new document repository; an enhanced permission structure; the ability to bulk upload contracts as well as accounts; and the ability to create custom pages to collect data specified by the user.
In a press statement, Adrian Somerville; Managing Director Software Products said: "In putting together the latest version of BCS Arc it was key that we listened to our clients about the pressures they face in administering an ever increasing complex range of fees. We believe that the additional features included within this release will help make this process more efficient and their lives a little easier."

BCS Arc supports easy manual entry or automated upload of agent invoices to make recording each one as quick and easy as possible. The solution also features a reconciliation engine with customizable multi-level R/A/G tolerances, both percentage and value-based.
Furthermore, the solution boasts of the ability to model any fee structure and then reconcile the invoices received. Organizations, with the help of this are able to get visibility of the costs that occur within the global custody and brokerage space, said officials.
