CentraComm Joins Riverbed Authorized Support Partner Program

CentraComm has accepted the invitation to join the prestigious Riverbed (News - Alert) Authorized Support Partner Program or RASP. The RASP program currently only has 12 certified associates, including CentraComm, across the U.S. As an authorized associate, CentraComm will be able to offer CentraComm recognized Level 1 and Level 2 support solutions with an aim to assist enterprise clients in advantageously utilizing the complete benefits of Riverbed Technology application performance solutions.


“The combination of our deep technology skills in networking, data center and security solutions, together with our global logistics, deployment, support and managed services capabilities, causes CentraComm to be a highly compelling Riverbed partner,” said Mark Prevost, VP of sales and marketing at CentraComm. “Accepting the invitation into the RASP program and offering our own Level 1 and Level 2 support for the market leading Steelhead wide area network (WAN) optimization solutions was a natural complement to our Riverbed managed services offerings and demonstrates how CentraComm is in a very elite class of the highest qualified Riverbed solution providers in the country.”

Qualified associates of the RASP program can offer Level 1 and Level 2 assistance service to their customers. Only a few chosen Riverbed associates, with an acknowledged background of showcasing noteworthy technical proficiency in Riverbed solutions, can be a part of this program. These associates have also showcased the capability of delivering best-in-class Level 1 and Level 2 operational assistance service at any time of day and night.

CentraComm will now be responsible for resale, implementation and managed services of Riverbed application performance solutions. CentraComm will now provide Riverbed offerings together with its own proficiency, tools and assets in information technology and systems incorporation, resulting in enhanced remote and mobile employee efficiency. CentraComm also aims to facilitate private clouds, virtualization, and to offer enterprise-wide network and application visibility for its customers.
