Countywide proposal Proposition 1: Establish an enhanced 911 service. A monthly fee of not more than 15 percent of a basic telephone bill would be charged.

Proposition 2: Establish a 911 wireless emergency telephone fee of 50 cents per month per cellular phone connection.

Town of Ochelata Proposition No. 1: Would allow the Ochelata Utilities Authority to acquire and construct a natural gas system to sell and distribute natural gas to those in and around Ochelata.

Proposition No. 2: Would allow the Town of Ochelata to grant Leann Gas Company a franchise agreement subject to a 2 percent annual tax on all gas receipts for a period of 15 years for the purpose of selling and disturbing natural gas to those in Ochelata.

Proposition No. 3: Would allow the Ochelata Utilities Authority to incur indebtedness not to exceed $700,000 for the purpose of constructing, operating and maintaining a proposed natural gas system.

WOODS COUNTY City of Waynoka Continuance of an existing one-cent sales tax for the Waynoka Nursing Center, allowing the city of Waynoka to amend the purpose of the sales tax to be used to include retiring long-term debt and to continue the tax until the debt is retired if the center discontinues nursing services.
