Spire Corporation to Provide MAGE SOLAR with a 50MW PV Module Assembly LineBEDFORD, Mass. --(Business Wire)-- Spire Corporation (Nasdaq: SPIR), a global solar company providing capital equipment and turn-key manufacturing lines to produce photovoltaic (PV) modules, announced today it will provide the Ravensburg (Germany) company, MAGE SOLAR (MAGE) with a PV module assembly line to be established in Dublin, Georgia. This automated line will assemble laminates into completed modules at the rate of 50MW per year. "MAGE has been successful importing modules into the U.S. for a range of system projects. The manufacturing line that we are providing allows them to better control pricing for increased market penetration especially by adding significant Made in the USA value," said Roger G.
