Bright House Networks Selects Zee TV for the U.S. South Asian Community


Apr 15, 2011 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Zee TV has been added to Bright House's international channel line-up in Orlando, Melbourne and Daytona Beach, Florida.

Zee has an understanding of South Asian culture and beliefs, which are depicted in its programming. The library of Zee programs from India, laced with programs of all genres and recent blockbuster movies, has drawn South Asians in the USA to the channel in huge numbers. The Zee TV lineup includes such hit shows as the number one singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, DID the No.1 dance reality show and dramas that not only entertain, entice and engage viewers but also focus on issues that cross social, cultural and economic boundaries such as Pavitra Rishta, Ram Milaayi Jodi, Dil Se Diya Vachan, Sanjog Se Bani Sangini and many more! Dance India Dance is back with a bang with its 4th chapter on Zee TV as "DID Doubles", this time with couples showing their talent! According to Rentrak, newcomers like Geeta, Bhagonwali and Choti Bahu have all increased their time periods by as much as 15 percent in February over January 2011's delivery.
