Solarflare Communications raises $20.49 million in private placement

May 25, 2011 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Solarflare Communications, Inc., a US-based developer of semiconductor products that enable the adoption of 10 Gigabit for data center and enterprise networks, has raised $20.49 million out of planned $24.14 million through private equity offering.
