Game Outlet Europe (Wingefors Invest) to acquire JowoodJun 08, 2011 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- According to ADP News, APA news agency reported that Game Outlet Europe AB, a subsidiary of Wingefors Invest AB, is planning to acquire a majority stake in JoWooD Productions Software AG, a publisher of computer and videogames. All the entities in the transaction are based in Sweden. Wingefors Invest is an investment company, while Game Outlet is personal computer games distributor. In addition to the transaction, Game Outlet will also acquire a 95% in the Romanian unit of JoWooD.
