Unisys Elects Alison Davis to Board of DirectorsBLUE BELL, Pa., June 16, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) announced today that Alison Davis has been elected to the Unisys Board of Directors and appointed to the Finance Committee of the Board. Most recently, Davis was managing partner of Belvedere Capital Partners, Inc., a private equity firm serving the financial services sector. Prior to joining Belvedere, she served as chief financial officer and director of corporate development for Barclays Global Investors and as a senior partner at A.T. Kearney, Inc.
