McAfee Launches Improved PCI Certification Service and Free Trial for Merchants

McAfee today announced the availability of an improved McAfee^® PCI (News - Alert) Certification Service to help merchants successfully and confidently complete PCI DSS certification.

PCI DSS certification is required by major credit card companies for all merchants who process, accept, or store credit card information. The 12 security requirements in the PCI DSS certification help merchants to prevent hackers from exploiting security vulnerabilities to steal credit card data and negatively impact online retail businesses.
