Hitachi ID Appoints a New VP, Global Channels & Alliances


CALGARY, June 28, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Former Manager of Strategic Vendor Alliances Joins the Hitachi ID Team Hitachi ID Systems, a global leading provider of identity and access management (IAM) solutions, announced today that Scott Lees has joined their management team as the new VP, Global Channels & Alliances. Scott possesses over 15 years of IT and Channel Sales experience. Reporting to the CEO, Scott will refine and execute a global alliance and channel strategy that will focus on the development of partnerships with major global IT companies in the network security and governance space.

He was responsible for increasing sales revenue and developing key business relationships with storage, network security and virtualization vendors. Lees developed strategic plans which supported goals and objectives established by vendors, as well as positioned new channel programs and vendor offerings to Avnet's customers.
