Conservation Halton has engaged the services of Schooley Mitchell Telecom Consultants to assist with the preparation of this RFP and the selection of a suitable contractor. We will also walk each route that the cabling and conduit will follow and point out obstacles and other considerations that will need to be considered when laying the cable. Failure to attend the Bidders Meeting will disqualify any Bids supplied by the bidder from being considered.
