LOT 1. Desk Top Computers . LOr 2 Office & IT Equipments (Printer, Scanner, Photocopy Machine, Digital Duplicating Machine etc.) LOT 3. Network & Related Equipments (Switch, Cabinets, Patch panel, UTP Cable, etc.) LOT 4. Servers, UPS, Air Conditioners & Audio Visual Equipments LOT 5. Lap Top Computers & IT Related Accessories LOT 6. Different Toners, ink and master (for Printer, Duplication Machine, Photocopy Machine etc) 1. Eligible bidders should have business license valid for the current year and copy of Registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development and supporting letter from Inland Revenue Authority, and VAT.registration. 2. Bid documents and detail information can be obtained from Jimma University, main Campus ProcUrement and Property Administration Team Office or from Ministry of Education, Jimma University Liaison Office in Addis Ababa during office hours up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (one hundred birr) for each bid. 3. Bids must be accompanied by a.Bid Bond amount of for each Lot birr 100,000 (one hundred thousand) furnished by certified cheque (C.P.O) issued by a domestic Bank in the name of the Jimma University 4. Bids shall be submitted in to two separate envelopes for all Lot: 1) Technical proposal envelope 2) Financial proposal envelop each having one original and one copy . Copy of documents should be true copy of the original bid document. 5. Bid Bond and all eligibility/registration certificates should be found in the original technical envelop 6. The delivery place is at Jimma University main Campus store and price should quote accordingly. 7. Bids reply shall be put into the tender box prepared for this purpose at the Jimma University main campus, Procurement and Property Administration Team Office at Jimma Town on or before August 30, 2012 G.C at 10:00 A.M local time & Bids will! ie opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same date August 30, 2012 G.C at 10:00 A.M local time in the Jimma University Senate Hall. 8.
