BRIEF: Wipro to hive off non-IT units into separate firmBANGALORE, Nov 01, 2012 (Mint - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- Wipro Ltd, India's third-largest software services provider, will hive off its non-IT businesses into a separate company to focus on its software business. Shares of the company rose more than 3% on Thursday morning on BSE. The new company will be called Wipro Enterprises Ltd and will include Wipro's consumer and infrastructure businesses.
