Arden has the Highest Current Ratio in the Food Retail Industry (ARDNA, SUSS, WMK, WFM, VLGEA)

Below are the three companies in the Food Retail industry with the highest current ratios. Current ratio is useful to get an idea of how quickly a company can repay its short-term liabilities with its short-term assets. The higher the current ratio, the more capable the company is of paying its obligations.Arden ranks highest with a a current ratio of 3.0. Susser Holdings is next with a a current ratio of 2.8. Weis Markets ranks third highest with a a current ratio of 2.2.
Whole Foods Market follows with a a current ratio of 2.2, and Village Super Market rounds out the top five with a a current ratio of 1.7.
