QAD acquires CEBOS

QAD, Inc., a provider of enterprise resource planning software applications for the manufacturing companies, has acquired CEBOS, Ltd., a provider of enterprise management and regulatory compliance solutions, for a consideration of $5 million in cash, $3.5 million upon closing, and $1.5 million to be paid over the next two years subject to an earn-out. Both the entities are based in the US.
CEBOS has revenues of approximately $4.5 million in 2012 with 33 employees.
