Shares of TeleCommunication Systems Rank the Lowest in Terms of Price to Book Ratio in the Systems Software Industry (TSYS, ROVI, PVSW, CA, PRGS)

Below are the three companies in the Systems Software industry with the lowest price to book ratios. Often companies with the lowest ratio present the greatest value to investors.TeleCommunication Systems ranks lowest with a a price to book ratio of 1.00. Following is Rovi with a a price to book ratio of 1.04. Pervasive Software ranks third lowest with a a price to book ratio of 1.77.
CA Inc follows with a a price to book ratio of 1.93, and Progress Software rounds out the bottom five with a a price to book ratio of 1.96.
