BRIEF: Electronics waste dropoff in Tracy
TRACY, Jan 04, 2013 (The Record - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --
Residents can drop off electronic waste at a free collection event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 12 at the Boyd Service Center, 520 Tracy Blvd.
In addition to electronics such as TVs, computers and cellphones, fluorescent bulbs, household batteries, mercury thermometers, polystyrene foam and holiday lights will be accepted.
More collections at the same time and place are set for April 13, July 13 and Oct. 12.
