management team with the addition of Torbjorn Folkebrant as the new CEO
and Dan Cho as SVP Business Development.

Dan Cho brings the leadership and ecosystem development experience
needed to fully leverage CrestaTech's core technology and IP. Prior to
joining CrestaTech, Dan was a senior executive with Intel, Posco, and
