New Year, New Zooka: Carbon Audio Unveils Wired Zooka at CES 2013

Building on the explosive success of the Zooka Bluetooth speaker, Carbon Audio LLC, the design-driven audio products company, will debut its new Wired Zooka at the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show (CES). The latest Zooka audio accessory will be on display at the Pepcom CES (News - Alert) Digital Experience event at the MGM Grand on Monday, January 7 and throughout CES from January 8-10 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the North Hall, Booth #5932. The Wired Zooka will ship in March 2013, be in stores this April, and will retail for $79.99.

The new Wired Zooka offers better audio than standard phone, tablet, and laptop speakers, and features the same sleek, sexy design as the wireless,Bluetooth Zooka, originally a Kickstarter project. Wired Zooka offers plug-and-play connectivity for tablets, phones, or music players via an included cable that fits any standard 3.5 millimeter jack. Improved button placement gives users easier access to volume controls when Zooka is in kickstand viewing mode. And of course Wired Zooka comes in many of the eye-popping colors Zooka is famous for, including black, blue, new richer red, and the 2013 Pantone Color of the Year, emerald.

It allows consumers to play games, listen to music, and watch movies with better audio even if their device isn't Bluetooth enabled. Fuller, richer sound has never been simpler now that consumers can quickly and easily link the Wired Zooka to any device with a standard headphone jack.
