Firms are on move to Pounds 5.2m building [Newcastle Evening Chronicle (England)]
(Newcastle Evening Chronicle (England) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) COUNCILLORS are celebrating after three more businesses moved into a new multi-million pound Tyneside office block.
The Pounds 5.2m One Trinity Green building in South Shields is now more than a quarter full after Scandinavian construction firm Docia, online marketing firm Performance Horizon and eco-energy specialists Advanced Renewable Power Ltd moved in.
Michael Smith, commercial director of Docia - for whom One Trinity Green is its first UK office - said: "The building itself is fantastic.
"As a company we will grow and achieve success rapidly in 2013, maybe even taking up more space in One Trinity Green.
"We know the area has a lot to offer in terms of its people and anything we can do to help provide them with an opportunity, is a step forward in the current climate."
One Trinity Green was built using Pounds 2,466,500 from the European Regional Development Fund and in 2012 it was crowned the world's greenest new office development at the Building Research Establishment Awards.
