Dallas Plastic Surgeon Dr. Fred Hackney Launches New Mobile-Friendly Web Site

Mobile web browsing is one of the most important trends on the Internet. 2012 marked the first year in which the majority of people with cell phones owned web-enabled smartphones. Smartphones and tablets now account for 20% of traffic on the Web. Dr. Hackney says his past web site saw similar trends.
